ECON 3640 - Rural Property Appraisal (Instructor) - teach annually in Spring semesters

Undergraduate level course in agricultural finance, 3 credit hours. Enrollment of 50-90 students annually.

The course teaches fundamentals and principles of valuing and appraising rural property, especially farmland. Educational tools include Excel examples, guest lectures from professional appraisers, and team projects.
